My story. Four years ago, I ESCAPED. At least that’s how it felt. No one was holding me hostage, except for the golden handcuffs, but my exit from corporate America sure felt like an escape. Looking back on it, I like to call it my Escape from Cubicle Land . It was the most liberating, exhilarating and terrifying thing I have ever done. And the healthiest decision of my life.
I chose the path of coach and trainer because that’s what I’m built for - helping others connect with what is important to them. I also loved that I could create a coaching business based on my own skills, education and experience. After spending tens of thousands of dollars on a Masters degree and 12-years in the corporate world, it seemed like a shame to throw all of it out the window.
