What a wondrfull and practical site is this !!!
Thanks lisa so much for the to share all your advices and interwiews with great and successfull businesswomen !!!
I am so lucky that i find it by accident and couldnt believe how helpfull it can be for me now !!!
After long time thinking if i have do or not if i should beginn a craftbusiness home or not, i finally decided yyyeeeessss is it what i want to, because i love to work with colourfull fabrics, felt and vintageacessoirs. I really want to put my ideas in practice and make experiences without to have this financial pression and the best think is my husband support me very much so i have only to beginn!!!
And that is what i try to do now to organize myself and to balance it with my familylife !!!
So and it doesnt look like easy !!!! To be disciplined, to management the time, to organize a corner at my appartment with enough place etc !!! I know it wont be easy but i dont want it, i want only to beginn work, to be happy with it!!!
Thanks a lot for this blog up now you have a new fan from Berlin !!!

Just want to say you’re my blogging idol, really!
I enjoy reading every single of your posts, they all are full of energy and enthusiasm!

And, I have a question. Are you the only one selling bag supplies in UK? I suppose not.. How do you deal with your competitors? Do you feel bad when you see they sell the same supplies which you also sell and you thought they were unique? How do you deal with psychological aspects of knowing they have a larger assortment than yours?

I’m asking that because I’ve just cried when I realized how many competitors out there, with very rich selection of goods… They just have more money to buy more goods.. How to deal with that, how to stop crying and start working again?

I believe every craft business owner faced this problem.. Maybe you will write a full post about this. It is oh so important to support each other!

Welcome back! Glad your trip was everything you could want. I’m sooooo looking forward to a vacation myself.

As to what to say when people say your handcrafts are too expensive? Hand them your kit, so they can make it themselves! It’s less expensive, and they can “save” the money and spend their time instead.
