Well, in personal things, my blogs, things that aren't paying me, etc, I'm not about to spend a ton of time on it. I do take on proofreading and editing jobs. I spend a good amount of time on them though. Much more than these quickie posts and comments:) HOWEVER, I do pay a proofreader to comb through my online persona now and then...have to! I always read my work out loud. If it doesn't flow well off the tongue, I know it'll probably be difficult to read.
