I also have set much higher standards for full time employers. A couple days ago, an employer contacted me about a position that I had interviewed for months ago, right before my freelance business took off. At the time, I wasn’t selected, being the “second best” candidate. Well, they wanted to take another look at me. However, I turned them down. I set my own hours, I’m available, I’m not buckled into an office all day… I just can’t imagine going back tot he 9-5, even for a “dream” job. I guess this is my dream job.
