		<description>Hi - these are really good points, and precautions worth taking. 

But, if you have a really awful client - I still think you should sack them.  Then you can free up all the time you&#039;ve save by not having to deal with them and provide a better service to your good clients.</description>

		<description>I like how you compared toy packaging to freelance packaging. These are some good points. 

In my case, though I tend to under-communicate . . . I prefer to just be left alone until I´ve finished the project and don´t do well with the client looking over my shoulder every half hour! While that might fall under too little packaging, it´s another thing to watch . . . those chatty clients really don´t like it if you don´t check in constantly!</description>
