These are some good points. In my case, though I tend to under-communicate . . . I prefer to just be left alone until I´ve finished the project and don´t do well with the client looking over my shoulder every half hour! While that might fall under too little packaging, it´s another thing to watch . . . those chatty clients really don´t like it if you don´t check in constantly!
