It seems like half the time after I remove the stuck paper, the error message is still there and I can't get rid of it. So, I give up and just turn off the printer and restart it. And of course there are times when that doesn't work because I didn't get all of the stuck paper out. Embarrassing. I dread the “paper jam” message on my printer.
