My checklists are inspired by flylady, and right now I only have them for home management. They remind me to do the laundry, clean the bathrooms, empty my email inbox, and spend a few minutes cleaning out my basement(this is a big ongoing project)

I should really make them for my paid work and for my blogging, which hadn't occurred to me before!

I'm with you! Checklists are awesome for us visual types. If I don't get it out of my head and color-coded it ceases to exist. I had to laugh about the "landscape" of your week because I read this post right after labeling all of next week's commitments and wishing I had a really awful color to use for meetings (I use Outlook) because I hate them.

At my 9 to 5 I work with help desk system, but I still have my weekly and daily checklists that I keep. For my online business stuff I use whiteboards and various colors of pens. Apparently I have a lot to say about this so I think I'll just link to your post and write a post on my own blog about it.

Thanks for the inspiration!!

I'm a huge fan of checklists! As a visual person myself, I love how you say you use your color coded system to see the "landscape" of your week.
