		<description>Coffee helps for me! :) Taking a day off really works too. I allow myself a day to do whatever I want and not look at the computer at all - all without feeling one bit guilty.

Setting work hours for myself has really helped too. I used to burn myself out working from morning til night, but I try and stop working around 5-ish, even if I&#039;m not completely done everything I meant to do that day. It helps me stay fresh for the following day.
