So I bought the hybrid and I use it in place of a briefcase and/or purse for work. It holds all the things I need (wallet, keys, GPS, receipt book) and the like and since I'm a Professional Organizer it makes me look really good when I can ask a client to run get my camera or keys and they open the bag and voila, everything is super organized.
However, I could never use this bag as a purse because it is just too heavy for me. So I ordered the classic (knowing I'd have to scale down some of my personal items like my planner and wallet to fit) but I ended up returning it before I ever used it. It was way too small, wouldn't stay on my shoulder, and was too bulky under the arm. I so wanted it to work and was super disappointed it didn't. I'm not on the hunt for the "perfect purse" again. The Butler Bag came so close that it makes it hard to settle on anything else.

I have heard that about that bag too. However, if I dump any other bag it also gets messed up. ;)

I have a Hybrid, and honestly, I don't like it. I was thrilled when it arrived, but my main complaint after using it for several months is that the items don't STAY in their compartments unless the bag always remains level. This means that I can't carry it over my shoulder because if I bend down, it isn't level anymore. I am disappointed.
