		<description>I think templates are a great time saver as well great for organization. To save email time, I set up templates in Outlook for emails that require roughly the same response each time. I change a few variables for the specific situation, and presto, the email is customized and ready to be sent.

I also use Word templates for my most common letters, Excel templates for spreadsheets, and a newsletter template in Adobe InDesign for a monthly newsletter that I write.</description>
