I’ve always thought the Christmas poinsettia plant was very beautiful. Before I had kids, I would always put a couple on the floor beside our fireplace. But now that I have kids, I don’t like to have poinsettias in my home because I’m worried my toddler will get into them. So instead of getting a real poinsettia plant to decorate our home for Christmas, we made one from paper. Now we have a beautiful poinsettia to decorate our home that doesn’t need to be replaced every year and won’t make a mess if my toddler manages to get into it.
