Cinco de Mayo is Spanish for the fifth day of May. It is a day to celebrate Mexican heritage and pride. (This festive day is not to be confused with Mexico’s independence day which is September 16.) While you may have known this already, I just learned it! What I haven’t just learned though is how popular coloring pages are to my readers. So here are some to help celebrate Cinco de Mayo!
