Since we really enjoyed making and eating the Jello Valentine Hearts, I decided we’d make Jello Easter bunnies for one of our Easter desserts this year. As far as Easter desserts go, these Jello bunnies are not only easy and yummy, but healthy because they’re sugar free!
Here’s What You Need to Make Jello Easter Bunnies:
- Red Jello (we used sugar-free cherry)
- Shallow rectangular pan (we used a brownie pan)
- Bunny-shaped cookie cutter (smaller works better)
- Butter knife
Here’s How to Make Jello Easter Bunnies:
1. Make the red Jello according to the instructions and pour it into a shallow rectangular pan to set.
(It takes about four hours for the Jello to set, so if you need this Easter dessert the same day, make the Jello early!)
2. Press a small bunny-shaped cookie cutter into the Jello.
3. Before lifting the bunny-shaped cookie cutter out of the shallow pan, slide the butter knife under the cookie cutter to prevent the Jello Easter bunnies from slipping out when you transfer them to a plate.
These Jello Easter bunnies are a great Easter dessert because they’re simple, festive and sugar-free!

Great dessert and low calorie too. Thanks!
