As you know, I like to bake with my girls, especially around the holidays. So far we’ve made chocolate chip cookie pie and soon we’ll be baking our cookies for Santa. Since there’s so much to do around the holidays, I’m always looking for recipes that are not only yummy, but easy! Last year, my middle daughter helped by sharing an easy recipe for upside down pumpkin pie and this year my oldest daughter shared an easy pumpkin pie recipe. Pumpkin pie recipes must be easy to make at school! So I decided I share this easy pumpkin pie recipe with you!
What You Need to Make this Pumpkin Pie Recipe:
* 1 (9 inch) refrigerated pie crust
* 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin filling
* 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp. cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
How to Make this Easy Pumpkin Pie Recipe:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Press pie crust into pie dish.
3. Pour ingredients into pie crust.
4. Bake 15 minutes, reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking 35-40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
We served it with homemade whipped cream and it was very yummy!
