Halloween Crafts: Painted Pumpkin Ideas

My girls and I went to Michael’s arts and crafts store last weekend and had the best time decorating pumpkins! Instead of decorating real pumpkins, we decorated “craft pumpkins.” These pumpkins look real, but won’t rot on the front step!

While we were there, we got some great painted pumpkin ideas!

However, my girls decided to come up with their own ideas on how to paint their pumpkins. I do admire their creativity! My older daughter was inspired by the Wizard of Oz and made this “flying monkey pumpkin.”

While my middle daughter chose to make her pumpkin look like a ghost.
