Getting kids into the kitchen to help you with dinner is a great way of exposing them to different foods and trying them.

I have a few recipes on my blog that lists the tasks your kids can help you with.

The recipes are designed to get dinner on the table in approx 30 mins.

Often with kid friendly recipes they lack the spice hit that adults often crave but don’t appeal to kids so each recipe offers an option of how to spice it up for adult taste buds while keeping it simple (but not bland) for the kids.
