Thanksgiving Recipes: Pumpkin Bread

I love bread. All kinds of bread. Croissants, bagels, sourdough, corn bread . . . This time of year, I’m lucky enough to feast on my mother-in-law’s banana bread because she brings it every year for Thanksgiving. But I’m considering making a bread of my own, so I started looking around.

During my travels around cyberspace, I discovered this great pumpkin bread recipe. Now that I’ve learned I like this, I’m open to other pumpkin recipes as well! I was drawn to this particular pumpkin bread recipe because it has a surprise inside . . . cream cheese! One of my other favorite foods!

So since I can never get enough bread, I’ll have to eat this pumpkin bread and my mother-in-law’s banana bread on Thanksgiving. The turkey is optional.
