Thanksgiving Recipes: Super Easy Corn Casserole Recipe

While Thanksgiving is definitely about the turkey, it’s also about the side dishes. And while we do like to experiment making various veggies, we always make sure to have at least one side dish our kids will love. This side dish is the super easy corn casserole. Not only do my kids love eating this corn casserole, they love making it too! And frankly with all the baking I do, I appreciate the help!

What You Need to Make this Easy Corn Casserole Recipe:

  • 3 (15 ounce) cans cream-style corn
  • 3 (11 ounce) cans whole niblet corn
  • 3 (8.5 ounce) packages of dry corn bread mix
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups of sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups of melted butter
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make this Easy Corn Casserole Recipe:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Grease 9×13 baking dish.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. (I said this was easy!)

4. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.

5. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top.

6. Bake for 15 more minutes or until center is firm.
