We all like to cook in my family. Though I have to admit that wasn’t always true! Cooking wasn’t my thing during the first few years of my marriage. But first out of necessity and now because my girls enjoy cooking with me, I can honestly say that I like cooking now. What I don’t like though is planning the menu each week. Yeah, at first it’s fun. But after 52 weeks a year, year after year, I’m running out of ideas!!! Sure, we could eat the same things every week, and sometimes do, but we like variety. I have to admit that I voted for Hillary in the primary election. However, I really don’t consider myself a “johnny come lately” to the Obama camp.
