I am a School Counselor and my hubby works in public health. We often discuss the social and physical ramifications when children do not eat healthy and get enough exercise. Therefore, we are always looking for ways to eat right and keep our kids active. (That’s why I put up with five nights of this!) What a great gift for any child. Too much tv and video games plus the internet/computer game sites - we have fat children now - as adults it will get worse.
