I decided to make my life a little easier this year by skipping our annual trek to J.C. Penney for what always ends up as a torturous holiday card photo shoot. Each year, after several failed attempts at getting all three girls to smile at the same time, with their dresses covering their knees and not bunched up at the waist, we inevitably end up saying . . .
