Here’s how it works.
You decide what to giveaway to promote your business and how many.
I do the rest, which includes:
- Writing a post to promote your giveaway.
- Linking to your website from Momsational.
- Uploading a photo of your giveaway and/or business logo to further promote your product and your business.
- Submitting your giveaway to the top visited giveaway directories to maximize entries.
- Highlighting your giveaway on ALL active Momsational giveaways.
- Contacting you when the giveaway is live. The giveaway will be active for two weeks.
- Compiling all of the readers who enter the giveaway.
- Randomly choosing the winner(s) of the giveaway.
- Emailing the winner(s) for their contact information.
- Providing you with the winner(s) and their contact information so you can ship them the giveaway.
- Important: You must ship the prize to the winner within 2 weeks after I give you the winner’s information. (Should you fail to deliver the contest prize in a timely manner, remember the blogosphere is a very public - and vocal - place. I’m just saying…

“What do readers need to do to enter the giveaway?”
All readers have to do is leave a comment. Momsational does not run giveaways where winners have to pay entry fees or shipping and handling.
“Does it cost anything to sponsor a giveaway?”
Since Momsational provides sponsors all of the services listed above, in addition to two weeks of advertising with a product image or business logo, we do charge a reasonable fee for sponsoring a giveaway on Momsational where hundreds of moms come daily for giveaways.

“How many times can readers enter the giveaway?”
One entry per giveaway . . . unless you’re a blogger and do this!
“Any giveaways just for bloggers?”
Yes!!
“May I see the Official Giveaway Rules?”
Sure.
“What if I violate the Official Giveaway Rules?”
Then you don’t win the prize. For example: If the random number generator chooses your comment, but then I see you have entered the same giveaway more than once — even accidentally — then I will choose another winner. So make sure to enter each giveaway only once!
“Do you have a winner’s list?”

“How many times can I win a giveaway on Momsational?”
Currently there is no limit on the numbers of times you can win.
“What if you can’t reach the winner?”
Winners get 7 days to give me their Legal Name, Mailing Address, Date of Birth, Day and Evening Phone Numbers. If that doesn’t happen, at the discretion of Sparkplugging.com, I either choose a second-chance winner, save the prize for use in a future giveaway, or inform the sponsor that there will be no prize awarded.
“Why are your giveaways for U.S. residents only?”
Have you ever read sweepstakes law? Yikes! It’s hard enough keeping up with the U.S. laws.
But I have to say that I do feel terrible about it. I don’t like contributing to the idea that The Internet stops at the U.S. border, but in this world of lawyers and laws this is the way we’ve chosen to structure this site.
