I know I just said today that we shouldn’t overcommit ourselves. And that’s true. But I also said that there are a number of things we’re all involved in because we want to or need to be. For example, I want to be the editor of the newsletter. My hubby wants to be the coach of our daughter’s soccer team. I want to organize the church picnic. Well, actually I don’t, but I’ve already committed to do so this year. Next time I’ll use one of my ten ways to say no!

But now that my hubby and I have both committed to manage groups of people to get tasks accomplished, it’s important we not only stay organized, but keep the other people in our groups informed. That’s why I think this new online system for managing groups, called Qlubb, is so cool!

Qlubb.com helps organize your groups online, whether it be sports teams, book clubs, classrooms, playgroups, or work groups. Qlubb.com allows you to connect, plan meetings, assign responsibilities and share pictures with all of the members of your group at once. Features include an event calendar, sign-up sheets, member rosters, a task reminder service, and bulletin boards, which every member of your community can access and update from their home computers. With Qlubb.com, no one can say they didn’t know when the meeting was or what they were supposed to do!

Accessing and using the site is incredibly easy for even the least computer-savvy members. Qlubb’s secure sign-in protects group information, so only members of your group have access. However, participants don’t have to individually register and can simply sign in using the group password.

So if you’re involved in one group or multiple groups, I recommend you check out Qlubb.com so everyone stays in the loop. It’s fast, easy and free!
