As a UK-based NLP business coach I rarely see the level of self-discipline and attitude that Wendy talks about.

And ‘asking yourself the right question’ is definitely the way to unblock your energy – and let it flow!

James, I have learned about the power of good questions from my NLP training and from Tony Robbins’ books and seminars. I don’t know if there are any books specifically on these kinds of questions… but perhaps if you google “NLP” “questions” and “presuppositions” you may find what you are looking for
