Well I'm not a woman but I really appreciate this post for two reasons 1) It's so refreshing to articulate, intelligent and bright women succeed with their own enterprising spirit to motivate and guide them. It gives a lot of hope to all of us "from scratch" bloggers. 2) It's encouraging to watch anyone take a dream, follow it and make it grow like these women have. What a great post and I'm a little inspired about my own little blog too. This blog has a lot of appeal in its own right and I'll be sure to return. I am truly honored that you have included me in this list of incredible women, many of whom I am lucky to consider friends.

I can’t speak for everyone on the list but for the women I personally know here (including you), there is an authentic, no b.s., ‘we can make this work’, ‘what can I do to help you’ mentality that shines through.

I am constantly blown away by the smart & driven yet down-to-earth women entrepreneurs that I get to meet on a daily basis. Wendy, you epitomize these characteristics and you are as inspiring as any woman I’ve met. I am also proud to call you a friend.
