Sounds great. I might try Google Docs now as I have been given a new .docx to read and I only have MS Word 2003.

My only gripe is that Google Analytics can be used for both non-ecommerce and blogging sites as well. We certainly do as we can tell where our traffic comes from, how deep they go into the site, and if they convert at all.

These are some really great tools! I’ve found Google Docs to be excellent for saving my documents on the road and then sharing them with different members of my team.
Another great tool for small businesses looking to outsource some of their work is oDesk (http://www.odesk.com), a job marketplace site. Let’s say you’re in need of website redesign or you want to integrate an ecommerce solution into your existing site — oDesk has tens of thousands of freelancers who can do this for you. It’s easy to use (and free!). Plus, you can use many of the services above to communicate with your remote freelancer.

Great list. However, being a Mac user myself, I would add Neo Office to the list. This is a great FREE word processor. It also enables you to work with, save as and forward as Word documents and Word Prefect documents. I would also echo your suggestion of Skype. And, if you want to make unlimited calls, it only cost peanuts to do so. I use Skype a lot in my own home business.

I’ll take Open Office over the Google apps. Better yet, the Portable Apps version. Then you can have your software on nearly any computer and you do not need an internet connection. It’s free also.
An important tool can be a voicemail number. There are free ones available. Great if you do not want to put an actual phone number out on the web for every telemarketer to call.

Nice list. Most were familiar to me except for Nolo and the Amazon storage service. Need to check them out. I would like to add something: Open Office, it’s free and it does everyting Microsoft Office does.
