Getting rid of bad clients has become one of my new goals at work. Yeah, I don't own Bluehost but techs really do get sick of those who constantly call about everything. Especially when they're really, really, rude. "Well, I'm sorry this is happening to you. It sounds like we may not be the best, yadda yadda, for you. Here's how you get a refund." You touch on “reward yourself” but you might expand it to say make more time for yourself. I am self employed and the single biggest trouble I have is with time. No time for vacations, or sit down meals, or me time. I’m always busy hustling. You burn out if you don’t take a break.

Getting rid of bad clients is the best advice because there are just some clients who cause more problems than they’re worth.

In addition to getting rid of bad clients, business owners need to learn how to get rid of bad employees. I don’t mean just fire everyone and anyone, but if an employee fails to produce after sufficient coaching and training, it may be time for them to go.
