Thanks for the tip Wendy.
I had a similar experience, so I posted about my waiting game. For example, there’s a 2 PIN request maximum…just in case anyone sees the Google postcard as junk mail like I did. Yikes ;-(
BTW, did you get Google Alerts telling you your Ads were going to change over to PSAs? I got numerous ones.

Andrea, I think the PIN thing is a “relatively” new introduction to the process, so that could be why you got so darn lucky!

Thanks Char – and that is a great idea.

Holly – I know, you would think that if they were going to go through such a process to verify people, at least they would get the darn PINs in the mail!

I’d say your lack of ads had nothing to do with the PIN. I had well over $300 in my account before I received and entered it but I kept earning without any problems.

Great advice Wendy. Here is another piece of advice. Get the first Google check via Snail Mail – that way you can copy it and frame it for nostalgia’s sake. THEN immediately change to direct deposit. You’ll get your money much quicker that way.

And congrats on crossing the “threshold” – it’s a great feeling, isn’t it?
