Many of us that live in northern climates suffer from this disorder. Thanks the tips. Christine and I both get SAD. We always buy our homes with a walkout basement otherwise it would unusable. Yesterday was the shortest day of the year. So it&#039;s all downhill from here.

BTW,
This year hasn&#039;t been bad. It been so warm.</description>
