I loved this post. But then again I guess we love anything that reinforces our own beliefs

The pain/pleasure principal is a powerful tool to understand and implement. I can see every day the power of choice. I also think it has a lot to do with the models we choose (I wrote a post last week about combining our models – a ‘model mashup’). The key is to make conscious choices about how we will view the world, and then use that power to continually attract success.

KB – you are EXACTLY RIGHT – I tie this into business because that is the focus of my blog – but personal development is the backbone of a lot of ’success’ related issues – whether they be physical, relationships, spiritual, business, or whatever your fancy .

CJCM – so glad to see you following this thread. The real meat of the series will be posted tomorrow – and if you really take the time to sit down with it as suggested, you will find that it isn’t just motivation you need, just a shift in focus.

Its been a yo-yo affair for me in terms of running myself.
I guess we need lots of motivation to stay highly energized all the time…and reading this post gives me just that…if only it can last long enough…till then…..
