**Israel over at FatManUnleashed has released a free PDF with a Blogger Workout for those of us who sit on our a$$ most of the day. It’s a funny read and a great way to help you stay on top of your healthy new years resolutions. I may need it soon because I got this for Christmas and then found this recipe to go with it. Dare I say I will look like this if I continue eating it like I have been!

**I’m curious if any of you have tried Oprius, it is a contact management system built for home businesses. It certainly looks like a great product and I’d be curious to hear your thoughts on it if you have any experience with it.
