Just had to share this – I can hardly believe it – I’m finally dual-monitor equipped on my PC!

My wonderful son just gave me a late Mom’s Day gift.  It’s a 22 inch display monitor and he’s got me set up with dual monitors on my Dell.

This actually makes me tri-monitored if we count the evil Mac to my left ;)

Thanks Sean!  You’re the best :)

Awww! How sweet! I’m so behind on the time with some of this techno stuff. What are the benefits of having multi-monitors?

Well, it means that I can use twice the desktop space on my PC.

Right now I have my browser taking up a little more than 2/3 of the 22 inch monitor and my Skype and IM clients are running next to that.

Over on the 17 inch monitor I have TweetDeck filling the screen :) (Yes, I am that much of a Twitter geek.)

My mouse moves back and forth between them. Love it!

Bwahahaha Welcome to the dark side. You’ll never go back!

Having dual monitors is handy with my graphic design and other creative ventures I do in marketing my massage business. Copying, pasting, dragging :)

I didn’t think of having the IMs on the second monitor. Now I’ll never get off the computer!!

Yay, Kelly!

Wish I could have dual-mons setup in my RV. Can’t though due to using Sprint Wireless to connect to ‘net. Um, the “unlimited” acct is limited to 5 GBs/mo. Easy to go over that if not careful.

Oh my goodness…I definitely have plenty of wall space to hang a couple more flat screen monitors…Hmmmm….That would be a very productive use of my time! Thanks for responding!

Be careful there, if you get any more techy looking you’ll end up in a Lifehacker featured workspace post.

And if that “evil” Mac needs a new home where it will be loved and treated with the respect it deserves, call me. ;)

Good job, I love having the duel set up just makes things so more or organised, I work on the one screen and have the other as a email relay.

Welcome to the future, once you go dual you’ll never go back. Soon you’ll be jonesing for a triple monitor setup, now that you’re past the gateway.

Sweeeet! I have a duel set up also, but only because we’ve not gotten around to pitching our old one that is loaded with viruses and crud! Guess that doesn’t really count then ;)
