I also keep my own “article ideas” list to write down all of the ideas that pop into my head. I find that it happens more often when I am away from the computer, which shows that it’s good to get up and take a break!

I don’t have myself on a schedule. I am kind of an “anti schedule” girl. For instance, my grandfather died a couple weeks ago. I truly was speechless. I just had nothing to say. Now that things are kind of settling, I am bubbling with thougts and things to blog about again.

Somedays I blog 5 times. Other times I blog twice a week. But I do find the more I blog, the more I have to say. It’s kind of like unleashes something in my creativity.

Also, I keep an “inspiration basket” with topics, articles, notes from events, etc that gives me blog fodder.

Wendy – this is something I deal with everyday. I have a huge and ever growing to do list, yet I feel like I need to post at my blogs and get a different sense of accomplishment than I do when I get chores or client work done.

The best motivator for me is having the adsense plugin in firefox. When I see it at a minimum and I know that just by blogging one post I can make some immediate money (and see it in real time), I end up blogging.
