Aside from your home business, I would love for you to share how the quickie home office cardio impacts your family. Did you have more energy to play with your kids or grandchildren?

Scott, I love it! I can’t believe how much you fit into ten minutes.

Do you ever do anything with a rebounder? I love my rebounder!

Glad that you enjoyed the video Kelly.

It’s funny, I’ve had some members try to double up on the workout because they think that if they do 10 more minutes they’ll double their results…

They usually end up paying the price the next day and need to take a day off.

10 minutes is more than enough and will have a tremendous impact on your business, fitness, and life.

I don’t do much with a rebounder. When I’m outdoors I do get on my mini tramp.

It is great for the lymphatic system.

This was great, Scott! It was so easy to do, because, I didn’t need much space and I didn’t need any special equipment – just jump up and do it!

And YES! It totally burned! Ouch!!

Thanks so much for the advice. We are so programmed these days to just keep chugging along on the computer all day that it’s hard to let go of the keyboard for a few minutes. Our bodies will thank us in the long run for that 10 mins… probably our eyes as well ;)
