He deals with a lot of the issues that affect African-Americans in a positive, thought-provoking way to challenge others to raise the level of their thinking. It is indeed a shame it took 41 years for this paradigm shift to happen because of somebody's false belief that African-American men lacked the intellectual acuity to be a head coach in the NFL.
