Monday Motivation :: I’m ON It!!!

Oh… so close… so close to launching my new project… I don’t need much extra motivation today, I just need more time to get it all done!
In fact, the only thing I really needed an extra push on today was putting up this post, because I am so dang focused on my work right now.
But not everyone is focused all of the time – sometimes even I have to drag myself to my desk to write 5 words. So hopefully a little Monday Motivation will help with your projects today.
So you may be wondering what the heck is Monday Motivation, anyway?
Step 1 – let us know what you are going to get done today (your to-do list, so to speak).
Step 2 – put it in a comment below or a post on your own site.
Step 3 - let us know what will motivate you to get it done – a reward, consequences, or whatever you need to think that will ensure you do what you say you are going to do. I’ve found that the public announcement and accountability is a particularly great motivator, but throw down consequences if you really need a kick in the pants to get stuff done!
Today before I go to sleep I will:
- I WON’T clean out my inbox of 281 emails. But I WILL go through all of them and answer the most pressing ones. (Please forgive me if you’re waiting on me!
) - Complete two more sections of my project
- Email TextLinkAds about some account stuff
I fear committing to anything else, wanting to make sure I have the time to work on and troubleshoot any details of the work I am already committed to for the day.
Plus, if I don’t get this done by the time I go to bed tonight, I will send a Kiva entrepreneur an additional $200. Now I’m really scared.
So what are you going to get done today?

3) Try to figure out how to navigate Blog Catalog
4) Pull together preliminary ideas for big meeting tomorrow
5) Do character development on two characters for novel edits

2. Continue writing, about anything and everything pertaining to entrepreneurship and personal growth to the end of writing a book.
3. Explore relationships I’ve begun building to talk the above list farther then innitially intended. Go all the way.
