I've been having a harder and harder time lately getting my things done for my MM lists - and I finally realized today that it's because I'm still committing to the same things I have always committed to, but haven't taken into account that I am much busier than I used to be. So my one revision is that I will get through my inbox by tomorrow night instead of tonight. The dang messages came in faster than I could clear them out today! :) OK, I am revising my list.
