		<description>It might help your VA interview if you yourself knew your software arsenal yourself. It&#039;s Windows XP or Vista. It&#039;s Office 2003 or 2007. There is no Windows 2007, and stating that You have Windows XP and 2003 can be somewhat confusing. :)

		<description>In most of my interviews, most people have a greatly exaggerated view of what they know of software (e.g., Microsoft Office).  This would include me in interviews.

The problem is what you think is competency in Office is what other people think of as advanced knowledge and skill.

I&#039;d suggest for any software where you want skills, be sure to ask lots of &quot;how to&quot; questions to make sure you are getting the right level of expertise. 

It&#039;s a big gotcha and one that can be solved up front with questions.
