I broke down and finally signed up for MyBlogLog.

At first, it just seemed like a pointless widget.

Then at least I thought it was cool to see who was surfing where - but still pointless.

Then I started getting emails from readers asking me if I had heard about it. They were telling me that it was a great traffic driver.

Traffic?

OK, I’m in.

Stay tuned… we’ll see if it’s worth it.

(But frankly, I’m already impressed, simply because 2 of the first three visitors to my site after I set it up were readers I never knew I had. That was kick-butt in and of itself! :) )

I signed up this week, too, Wendy, mainly out a desire to be able to put faces to the people who come to my site (and see my face everywhere :-) )

Yep - I know, Rick! It’s been fascinating to see who stops by - readers I know well already, readers I never knew I had, and even better, readers I know, but had no idea that they knew me.

It’s been pretty flipping cool, I must admit. Wish I had signed up earlier!

I like nifty little blog things. Thanks for the link to MyBlogLog. I’m playing on it as I type this (well, not exactly as I type this, but, you get the idea).

As you know, I’m a newbie, and I’ve found MyBlogLog to be a lot of fun. I’ve found some great folks with great sites. It’s just that you can spend so much (sometimes way too much) time there!
