Every Monday for the last few months, Tracy Johnson has been providing great resource posts on behalf of Business.gov. Business.gov is the official business link to the U.S. Government, and managed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in a partnership with 21 other federal agencies. This partnership, known as Business Gateway, is a Presidential E-government initiative that provides a single access point to government services and information to help the nation’s businesses with their operations.
Today I’m pleased to announce that we’ve had such great success with Tracy’s posts that we have created a whole new section of Sparkplugging to feature Business.gov’s Government Resources more prominently. While there is a ton of information on Business.gov, we’ll be specifically featuring the resources for home business owners.
Tracy kicks off her new blog with a great post today on Government Resources for Women Business Owners.

Say Canada ?
The Business Gateway is an idea that has been way overdue. Trying to wade through the myriad of government sources to find funding, for example, can be daunting to say the least. I’m glad to hear that a liaison, like Tracy Johnson, is contributing her time to make those resources more readily-accessible to small business owners.
Exciting news for all small business owners. The Small Business Administration has made great strides in the past few years in setting an example with changes they’ve made in their own marketing, website design and media in general.
Tim Andrens last blog post..Be a business black belt
Sounds like a great idea. The blog on our site is getting more hyper-focused so maybe we’ll do the same thing as Sparkplug.
