It&#039;s good to hear that I&#039;m not alone!  I can find a lot of &quot;excuses&quot; to procrastinate.  I recently started following a coach, also, and one thing that is stressed is that you do &quot;something&quot;.  No matter how small you must take some kind of action.  I am finding that it is a great feeling to get those &quot;nasty&quot; things out of the way.  It&#039;s very stressful to have those in the back of your mind all the time.  I&#039;m learning, but still have a long way to go.  You have some great tips here and I plan to use every one I can.</description>
