Great article. I'm in the middle of a transition. I hope it turns out well! I know what I want the end result to be, but I'm not sure of all the steps in between yet. Just taking them one at a time.

My company is about to go through some of those changes. I'm looking forward see how we transition through the changes. There's going to be some scrapes and hurt feelings, but it's going to be a lot of fun.

These are great points. I think one thing we need to remember is that businesses *need* to change. The world is not static, and if your business doesn't change over time it will become obsolete. Go with the flow, as the saying goes. But use the tools you've shown us here to manage the changes and prevent chaos.
