After a whirlwind 4 weeks, we are finally done rolling out all of the new Sparkplugging channels. I am SO proud of everything we have done, and I’m super excited to move forward and start tackling new projects that don’t include setting up WordPress blogs.
But that’s just it, I have so many ideas about what we could do next, I’m not sure which one to go with. Do I finally write that book proposal? Develop a training program? Put together a business coaching/consulting program with our authors? Do a Podcast? Video blog? Forum? Do a Sparkplugging Conference? Put together a tutorial section?
So This is Where You Get to Make a Wish
Everyone around here knows I’m always putting you first. So let’s celebrate the wrap up of a big expansion so you can tell us what we can do for you. Weigh in by Friday, May 17th at 2:00pm CST, and you can win a NEAT Receipts Scanner with organizing software worth $250.
NEAT Receipts’ reads receipts, business cards and documents and places the information in a spreadsheet format. It lets you scan and process multiple documents, and automatically organizes them for you. You can even export to TurboTax®. (Read more about it on the Home Office Organizer blog).
This is like, heaven, to someone so extraordinarily paper-challenged like me. Seriously, give me a little piece of paper and I can lose it faster than your server will crash on the front page of Digg.

I would really like a step by step video on how to setup a landing page with form and then funnel the form information to a autoresponder. You are always told online to build a list for your business but this part is often left out.

Whew, I think you got a lot of topics covered. I would like to see more how-to’s in all the different topics though.
Oh, and you’re in my “must see” sites;)
Keep up the great work folks! I love learning so when I’m ready to take that big step, I’ll have all the know how at my fingertips.

Ask and you shall receive:)I was looking at a pile of receipts that have been gathering dust over the past few weeks, thinking it would be good to digitize them This looks like an amazing tool.
So what can you do for me? Wendy I see you around twitter when I drop in occasionally- how is this increasing your subscribers, does it effect the bottom line, what tips do you have to have this be an efective tool to use and invest the time in

PS I will be in Canada in June or you can keep it and give to me at blogworld, September is not that far away:)

Hi Wendy,
I’d love to see more topics about time management.
Mommies Workings last blog post..Virtual Assistant Giveaway Win One Hour of VA Support
I have been subscribed for a while in anticipation for the big change in careers I will be making, but I have not commented much. I am closing my daycare after 5years and would like to explore two areas, Freelance writing and a sewing business selling items on ETSY. As time gets closer, I’m getting nervous of if I can make it. I’ve done some guest posts on some other blogs but I have not tried for a real paying job. I’ll close my daycare on June 4 and have the summer to work on these other vetures. I could really use some advice on how to get out of the idea stage and to take the leap into getting paid for my writing.

I enjoy the how-to’s but think video tutorial would be great too.

Hi, i really like your site layout. I will continue reading here, so i subscribed! Maybe you could check out my site, and even subscribe if you like. Thanks, Zach.
Wow, who knew eMoms at Home would grow into a network of so many blogs? I counted and realized that I’m subscribed to over half of them (and I haven’t even checked out the two new ones). You rock, Wendy.
I’m just leaving a comment. Don’t bother entering me into the contest.
Really ANY practical tips that can help a mom at home are welcome. The hardest thing for me is balance. With the computer in a central location it’s hard to drag myself away because I can always be doing more.
Lorens last blog post..IBS and My Experiences
I’d like to see ways to drive traffic, certainly. That’s the phase I’m in right now, hence the bias.
It’d also be interesting to see what motivational tools you use to write.
Brent2s last blog post..Hi Mom!
Perfecting timing as I am searching the internet and actually typing into your search box, “ad managment companies”. I would love to learn more about how to sell your own advertising space, manage ad space and companies out there and ways to maximize advertising. Pros and cons of having an ad agency or doing it yourself and both and how to mix it all with affiliates. A BIG wish but I’m launching my new site in a few weeks and I need some help with this and you and problogger were the first two sites I came to.

Congrats on making such great progress on the new blog name and rollout! I’m already subscribed!
As for my wish… I need help with profits and traffic. I need someone to do it all for me while I sip coladas on a beach with someone to watch the kids.
How’s that for a tall order?!

@ Green & Clean Mom:
Hey Sommer, here are a few posts that will help you with that – but there’s plenty more we could add based on your questions. Thanks!!

I’d like to see more how-tos of all types. I’m generally confused and love how tos.
More how-tos would be great! I often find myself searching on the net for how-tos!

OMG – I need this. We are in the middle of a home remodel project and I already have lost half the receipts.
Personally, I need something to help me with my time management issues.

I’d love more advice on moving from blogging into consulting and connecting better with my blog community.
My wife would faint if we won that scanner. She’s a receipt monger.

I loved your one post about the top affiliate programs to join . . I think more of those posts would be helpful! . . . btw, I really want to win this scanner thing . . I SUCK at keeping track of my receipts . . I feel a heightened sense of anxiety when I even look at my shoebox of receipts!
I’m excited to enter this contest since I’ve heard great things about NEAT Receipts!
I would really like to see more info about driving traffic and making money from ads and affiliate programs.
Thanks!

Hi Wendy,
I agree with several of the others – some more tips on time management. Seems like when you work from home you can essentially work from “roll out of bed time” until “roll into bed time”, lol – oh, but I’m not kidding!
Would also love to win the prize, how cool is that!
JoLynn Braleys last blog post..Maybe You ARE Out of Control in Your Eating?
Hi Wendy,
I think a great idea that you and your bloggers would find interesting and inspiring would be something similar to “Pimp my Site†or “Home Makeover†and so on. Each week Entrepreneur’s can send in requests for SparkPlugging to review their business concept.
If that Entrepreneur meets certain standards or criteria then you could identify the best ‘Spark Plugger’ to review the business concept, model or maybe even the website still in beta or launch mode.
You have a lot of talent following your success and I’m sure you could pretty much find someone to review just about any type of Entrepreneur undertaking.
This isn’t a last minute thought by any means; you simply gave me the inspiration, like you do, to come up with the concept. I was originally highly encouraged to read your blog posts, follow you and twitter and the usual social stalking because the referring person said you’d be PERFECT to review my new business once I have something to show you.
Good luck with your decision making process come Friday!

Hi! I found you on Twitter and look forward to visiting regularly.
Yes – work/life balance (when work seems so much a part of life) is a topic of interest. Also, tips to organize a great home office from your perspective would be fun to read.
Finally, updates on great conferences for bloggers to attend.
I better go before I start making a “top 10 list!”
Thanks!

I’d love to see more success stories of people that have made a living. More connecting opportunities. Ideas on getting through blocks so we can take action.
I’d love for you to just give a step-by-step of how to establish a home buisness. I’ve been trying for nearly a year and no such luck. I plan to push it this summer. I’d love to win one of these it would be great to use at home and work. It’s so convenient.
I really need more help driving traffic. I’m doing a decent job, but I could be doing better.

I’d definitely like to see topics about managing my time, staying motivated, staying on task…basically productivity topics.
Lynnaes last blog post..Make Paying Down Debt a Priority
Follow you on twitter and love your new site’s look and all of the great channels! I’m always looking for more tips/advice on how to juggle an at-home career and family life. Hard when you can’t separate the two since there is no office to go to and leave when the day is done.
I wish for your site and authors to continue to grow. You all have so much to contribute. There really isn’t one specific thing I wish for because I am always surprised at what I can learn from you and your team. The receipt scanner would be really nice – my husband hates my current system of throw the receipt in the basket hanging on the wall and I go through them all in February just in time for taxes.
It’s not even funny how awesome this little gadget is and how much time and space it would save. What an incredible invention! I do bookwork for 3 different companies that all bill out as well as bill each other. Transferring money in and out of accounts and between companies gets really confusing. I’d love some organizing help keeping multiple businesses in one system seperate!
