I have been a Realtor for many years and usually go to these conventions with the intention of learning 1 or 2 new things. Than Merrill gave out so much great info during his presentation that will help me build my business. I really felt like he connected a lot of dots for me when it comes to selling homes. I wrote down at least 15 marketing strategies that will help me sell a couple of my listings. Than seems like a real estate “Guru” who truly cares.
