		<description>You just pointed out that it takes a whole lot of connections. Not just knowing what type of help, but getting quality reliable service. The great thing is that once you carve out your ideal iTeam, you will be the go to person for many other people.

As the go-to person you will become a master networker and be able to move up vertically in your niche. Great post.
