I'd be curious to hear how it goes, because one of my best friends is engaged to a Canadian woman himself, and they will likely face some of the same obstacles. You could start a nutrition book review blog - with affiliate links to the books and other helpful resources. You could also try different 'fad' diets and review them as well - most companies have affiliate links for their diet programs too. I know you are going gangbusters with your simple plan of walking water and fiber supplements - but it might be easier to go on a true "diet" if you know you only have to do it for 7-14 days.
