Like many of the others that are not going, I will not be attending due to a combination of the cost and the time away from work and family.

have been intriqued to go to the conferences, for now money and time keeps me from attending — sortof working the 60 plus hrs thing right now, I think if i attended any confernece it would be local and SOBCON, when is that in 08??

I’ve wanted to go many of these blogging conferences, but I haven’t necessarily felt “legitimate” enough to attend thus far. Now that I’m maintaing four or five blogs, I guess I’ll have to retire that excuse and stick with the “I can’t afford it . . . yet.” There’s also the impending arrival of our bundle of joy that will either keep me locked in the house for several months or drive me to find a conference to attend for “professional” reasons.
