Would that increase productivity? Are there researches done about how well a football team does as influenced by the quality of the cheerleaders?&quot;

And obviously this post is not about that.  No, not at all.

But anyway, back to what this post is REALLY about.  I think many times it still doesn&#039;t work out between the cheered and cheeree (both real words) even if you are doing your best for the relationship... too bad the other party is not responding to that.  But that&#039;s exactly why you should do the best on your own part because you already have no control over the other person as is.
