Hi Dawud.

I'm glad you enjoyed some of my quick empowering women tidbits. I was curious if this got lost in the message of networking and outsourcing.

As a Type-A personality, it was only after a near-death car accident, and now living with my symptoms of my brain disorder (disabled with partial paralysis) that I know as an entrepreneur the true value of outsourcing, delegating, and that as a solo-preneur, we are all mortal and REplacable!

Without clear center-ness, self-actualization, and faith, all one is doing is working in a job that you created yourself(your business), instead of managing your business as a business owner.

As entrepreneurs, we must all have a goal to be profitable business owners running the business, and not employees running around and within our business.

My humble opinions,
Ponn

I really enjoyed the interview. I love what you had to say about empowering women. It seems that somewhere in the past 50 years we've all, both men and women, lost something of our own personal power. Today it's more about status then real, true inner strength. I could go on, but I'll save you the diatribe.

It was a pleasurable experience Alex & Wendy.

I agree the issues discussed after our taping was interesting and helpful.

Wendy, it would have been real cool to have the conversation recorded after the interview. Oh well, perhaps another time. I'm heading over right now to pull the podcast. Thanks for the update.

I'll have to give it a listen! I usually don't go in for podcasts or vblogs. I'm a fast reader and can skim and skip about text & image content for what I'm looking for - but on some occasions it's a nice change of pace and helps make the point.

And... thanks for the mention... creative delegation is an area I have to work on all the time.

Wendy it was great talking to you and Ponn and you're right we should have kept the tape rolling so to speak!

Perhaps a sequel at some point down the line will be on the cards.
