Great share of the work sites. I’m a busy beaver at home working and at the cube farm. Both work areas are cluttered.
Thanks for sharing. Here’s my blog post.

I love this!
Actually, just a fee of the workspaces look comfortable for long and productive work. The majority seem tight squeeze.
You’re right Dennis.
From what I see, a lot of home based business owners are squeezing out a workspace where there really isn’t room for it.
I’ve had every possible arrangement. I’ve had an office in my bedroom, in the basement, in the living room and for awhile – I had a wonderfully spacious home office room… now I’m back to multi-tasking rooms and have my office in the dining room/kitchen.
LOVED the editorials! What a fun little project. As for my feet and where they go… I sit on them of course. All the more room for more cords and wires.

Here’s a post I did awhile back on my freelance blog showing my new workspace.

It was fun seeing where everyone works!

Another answer to why reality tv is so popular…people love to “peep” on people’s real lives.
This was a really cool idea!
Hard to believe my office is one of the cleanest! I like to have controlled clutter…I don’t feel I’m getting work done if things are too clean. I like to have my research, reference books and swipe files close by and organized by topic so things are easy to find. But feel more productive with lots of papers and books around me!
Love seeing everyone’s office – don’t forget I live in Portland, Oregon so too much sun coming through that big window of mine is rarely a problem and the window looks out on my beautiful garden – now that can be a distraction!

Kelly,
Your office looks warm. It’s tidy, yet everything is right there in front of you!
Ah yes, and we have the same printer! haha

Oh that was fun! What a great idea…giving me some ideas for some new ideas for my desk

Ahhh…the sacrifices we make for our kids…LOL!! My old office is now the new nursery. My new office – the unfinished part of the basement…yeah, could use some color, huh?!..
Good to see everyones space!

Now I have more ideas how to fix my study area! Whenever I get lazy or I find it uncomfortable, I find myself lying down the bed while working! LOL Believe me it isn’t productive!

Loved this post! I picked out my top 3 fave work spaces: Tamara Berry & Lorna Doone Brewer (oh man does their space look cozy!), Bill Parlaman (I liked his curved desk & his chair) and Leigh Anne Wilkes (loved the window in front of her desk!).
And then there were a few that I wondered how they could work with so much clutter on their desks. LOL If my desk is cluttered its a distraction to me!
What’s in my binder? Notes, plans, ideas, etc. Don’t get me wrong – I think technology is great, but sometimes I still like to write stuff down with pen and paper : )

I still can’t believe I put my picture up there *sigh* what can I say? I’m just not wired to be neat or good at home decor stuff. One day I’ll outsource it.
As for the tea party, I sure did! We had a tea party right on my desk
That’s done now, replaced with a toy truck.

Cool to see the different office setups with so many with dual monitors. Inspired me to set up dual monitors in my office too!
